With our Medication Distribution services, patients can feel confident that their health matters will be addressed in a timely manner — without sacrificing their normal daily routines. Our caregivers can hand your prescribed medications to you each day to take. Or we can organize your medicine in your medication weekly organizer if necessary. We make sure the client has had their daily prescribed medications and vitamins. Daily recordings will be made to ensure the family is aware what has been given. We also will take and record all vitals upon request. At BMH, we care for our patients’ health and wellbeing and provide personalized medical home care attention that will get them feeling better again.
